Default Acceptable Noise Floor For Acoustic Guitar?

I just spent a lot of time building a silent computer. With my Lynx2 set to
24 bit and with my condenser mic (Studio Projects C1) about 8-10 feet away
from the computer the noise floor is at about - 70-80 dB. Just wondering if
that is considered 'quiet' by your standards.

thanks,

brian
