short of sending it back, I wonder if someone can help.. I have a
brand new event ezbus that seems to have a power problem. the power
does not go on but if you tap on the top right corner I can see the
audio and phantom power light (when the button for phantom power is
down) blink. once I got the lcd to power up but then it shut off.
Anything I can do?

I ordered from swee****er.com so we will see how long it takes to get
a new unit.. they called me at 4pm today to tell me they will send me
a new one ande a prepaid return mailer for the old one.

BTW - any tips or tricks for this unit I should know?

Never run into this- Mine ran it's self test about 6 months ago and
has rarely been powered down since- It's truly a marvolous machine
(replaced a full rack of PARIS with mine)- I haven't had to use their
customer support but I hope they get up and running fast- Let us know
how it goes-
