I have allways been successfull finding those kinds of SFX
on www.sounddogs.com Excellent selection and easy to
buy single cuts, etc. online with immediate delivery.

I was editing a short for the 48-Hour Film Project several
weeks ago and I found exactly the "tires-screeching to a
stop" SFX I was looking for.
