Likely old news, but there's a Mike Holmes column in today's Globe and
Mail which mentions: California-based Quiet Solution has developed a drywall called QuietRock -- designed to cut down sound transfer. I've used the product and think it's great. One sheet is equivalent to eight sheets of regular drywall in the way it reduces noise. It's expensive but it makes a huge difference ... |
