Default Vintage tv help

I finaly got some schematics for my 1951 424 sentinel tv set, As well
as new caps. I replaced all and now I am testing with a dip-bulb
tester, I got up to 200w bulb and all the tubes warm up and glow in
the back but after warming up a very loud hum comes on and is not
affected by the volume. Most sites say this is because of bad filter
caps, I replaces the filter caps with safety caps so I am 90% sure
they are ok, unless some of the solder did not make it on to it. Ist
there anyother reason this may be happinging, I went over several
times to check for shorts and for bad pieces in the circuitry. I am
kind of new at fixing this kind of stuff I plan on taking it apart
again and redooing the filter caps just in case they are loose.

Thank you for the help!

Patrick
