I am having a problem with intermittent popping during CD playback. It
isn't a "pop" from being too loud or "redlining" from a high volume
part of the song. But it will engage a "pop" in the same part of the
CD during playback. Very random, yet predicatable, depending on the CD
as it is played. (Same pop in the same place each time disk is
played).

This model allows for a reset to the factory settings but this
pop/snap phenomenon still exists.

What could be the problem? I also have it hooked up to a subwoofer.
