I told that I went to a studio...
sang for a bit.. then focused my eyes on the mic.. it was a Neumann

ok.. they are not the only great mic out there.. but.. they do have a
rep across the web.
Do they even make a bad mic?

Like my personal stalker said here... "where'd you learn to play the
telephone"

It's true! I'm a broke negro, but! all these fabulous recordings I
listen to
(like Mahalia Jackson)...

My vocals come through cleaner than them...

the old recordings are watermarked with a certain sound

so I say to myself.. "compose yourself you fool, sing your ass
off" (into that cheap mic)

cause.. the public won't know the difference.
