Default "My Heart Will Go On" final vocal sustain?

Anyone know what are the post-production parameters used in the
sustain/repeat on Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On" final vocal
phrasing?

I notice it's always the same guy, credited with her vocal posts.

Are you referring to the repeating echo on the end? It's just a
quarter note repeating echo with a ton of long verb. Humberto Gatica
recorded the vocal and mixed
the track.

There should be a sample available on the net so you can just fly it
in.
Humberto did the first one, but I'd reckon there must be 3 or 4 being
recorded daily around the world. I've done a few meself...

Actually Humberto mixed the James Horner version and the Walter
Afanaseiff version.
I think it's the same vocal, but I could be wrong. Humberto records
and mixes everything Celine Dion sings on. Barka just wanted an
explanation of the effects on the end of the song so why would he want
to fly that in to anything, unless I'm missing something and he's
talking about doing a remix. As far as the remixes that are out there
I'm pretty sure there were either 5 or 6 different remix teams that
did that song. Originally the idea of remixing that song was resisted
by the label and then later because an indy version with another
singer came out Sony decided to do them

I don't know how to break this to you, but that vocal is NOT tuned.
I'm not the worlds biggest CD fan but I've had the opportunity
to work on a few remixes her songs "The Boat Will Go Down" being one
of them. I got direct transfers from the 3348 tape onto 2"
from Sony and the meticulousness of the way her vocal is recorded is
no joke. I think she's a great singer although, not at all my cup of
tea.

Maybe it's her mic then - something that sometimes sounds every bit as zizzy
as Shania Twain !

Thanks for your timely reply. NOT!!!!!

Maybe Zizz?
noun
1. a buzzing or whizzing sound; "a nasty zizz in the engine"
2. a nap; "Arthur's taking a short zizz"

Nevermind ,...I don't really care. I am too busy!

I think he spelled it that way on purpose---to make it sound like a
spoken language and not a definition of a type of word.
