Default Dual channel EQ for Windows based audio?

Would like to find a dual-channel EQ, maybe a Winamp plugin, maybe a
standalone. I use headphones but my left and right hearing is vastly
different.
Hardware EQ not really practical at this time.

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Mark Z.

P.S.

I really need real-time, or at least lower latency. The only plugin I've
found required making the adjustments, loading them, then trying to decide
if they even did anything. I need to move the sliders and hear what they're
doing, even if there's a bit of latency.
