I've been struggling to set up my receiver. I've got a a pair of self
powered KRK 5's that I want to use as my front speaker system. All I could find for an RCA to Banana plug connection goes to a dual banana. But my surround sound layout will only allow me to connect two positives or two negative oulets, one running to the left speaker and one to the right. will this work? or do i need to splice wire onto the rca cables into individual banana plugs? I figured that I must be on the wrong track if out of all the speaker wiring equipment out there I can't support this set up. can some one help me please? This is what it looks like on the back of my receiver. R L + + this distance cannot be connected with the bananas - - This distance can. I don't wanna screw up my speakers if i'm wrong but will this provide a balanced output, or do I need to use different speakers? I want to run from this to the RCA inputs on the back of my self powered speakers. Hope to hear from someone soon. Thanx, Nick |
