Mic options please. Radio Studio $250US

Hi,
Based in the UK here. Looking for a radio studio "presenter" mic for use
at our community station.

I've suggested Rode NT1A and AT2020. Other suggestions are AKGC3000B.

Never liked the C1000 (Live everybody else). How does the 3000 compare?

Any other suggestions in the same price zone?
