Default Info needed on Beveridge-type "Acoustical Lens" for ESLs

I am seeking information on the design of a Beveridge-type "acoustical
lens/waveguide" for electrostatic speakers. This unusual item has the
property of taking a line source, changing it 180 degrees and
converting it into a cylindrical wavefront.

Of interest are dimensions of the waveguide, curves and/or plots for
the various channels that bend the sound--and the possibility of
inspecting a "salvaged" or ruined lens from an old B. speaker. Also,
printed information and tech papers in the public domain that discuss
this type of waveguide.

Has anyone applied this inventor's cylindrical wavefront concept to
other commercial electrostatics or has fabricated such a "lens" for
personal use?

All leads, ideas, suggestions, material and encouragement greatly
welcomed, with my thanks:
