I'm looking for an inexpensive (read ~$30 / whether store or ebay)
learning remote control, which has sleep and repeating timers, built
in. That is, I bought the Accurian HD Radio, which has a clock, but no
sleep or wake functions!

The RCA RC807 is able to learn the radio's controls and has a built in
timer... But, the timer is only good for ONE instance. If you want to
'wake' to radio the next day, you have to set it again. You can only do
sleep by scheduling another timer.
