Mixing tutorial?

Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on how to mix songs? I
downloaded a free program that allows me to mix songs but the
instructions don't give much info. When adding bassboost, I have no
idea where to set the Frequency (Hz) and the Boost (dB). Then there's
the tempo and equalizer and all that stuff. So some sort of guide on
this kinda stuff would be helpful.
