Default Fix badly mik'ed audio

I am working on a movie, and this audio was mik'ed very poorly. I was
wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to fix it.

Here are links to the audio files, one is the original (the one with
the massive treble), and the other is what I tried to do to fix it.

Any advice would be great. Thanks alot guys.
