ADAT to Pro Tools

How would I transfer my 8 track ADAT Alesis XT-20 (20 bit) recordings to
Pro Tools, or any similar digital software thing, for
tweeking/mixing/mastering and also stay in the digital world without
taking the 8 analogue ADAT outputs to Pro Tools? And wouldn't it be
better to stay digital all the way? Any ADAT uses out there?
