All the one I've seen have volume knobs which don't indicate anything, I'd like to know the max db that I'm hearing the music at when I'm listening through the headphones. A player can't possibly predict the dB level into your ear without being preset with the efficiency of the headphones or eaphones in use. I know of none that even try. |

Get a dB meter from radio shack and put it against the headphones.
