Tried googling NHT to find their website. No luck. Did they go belly-up?

NHT was a subsidiary of Jensen, who were liqudated some years ago. Recoton
has itself been undergoing a liquidation. NHT was sold by Recoton to
Rockford, the car and pro audio people.
