Default Starting up a long dormant tuntable

I just bought a Thorens TD-127 that had been dormant for several years.
It didn't have a belt so I bought a new one. I realized it is also
missing the counterweights for end of the arm. I'm looking for those
now. What maintenance should I do before putting it in service?
