Default voltage increase=current drop capability?

hi

I have a transformer which was delivering 100V DC (one end of the
winding was grounded and the other was going through a single diode
into RC filters.

I changed it to a bridge rectifier (4 diodes). Now I get about 140V DC
and then into RC filters.

My question: has the current capabilities of the transformer now droped
and to what and how do I work it out. At 100V DC it was delivering
about 1.08 A, now at 140V DC is it delivinger 0.6*1.08A ?

thanks in advance
Gian
