Hi, just over the past couple of weeks my system seems to have developed an
out of phase sound when tracking and playing back. It occurs when I'm
listening to the part soloed or in the mix, in fact I'm sure I hear the
problem when monitoring a vocal take on headphones. Like I say it's an out
of phase/honky sound that can be heard most clearly on vocals especially on
the intake of a breath.

The system has been rock solid for 3 years now using U87 or Brauner Phantom
C into SPL Gold Mike or Mackie Onyx 800R into RME Multiface2 (monitored
through Total Mix) into Nuendo.

I've changed cables, etc. but no joy. Could it be a DAW or software problem?
Any ideas. Thank you.
