What are you listening to today?

For me, guitarist Lawrence Juber, and Stravinsky wind music played by
the Netherlands Wind Ensemble on Philips.

I LOVE the basset clarinet. I heard Larry Combes (Chicago Symphony) do
the Mozart a couple of years ago on basset..great sound!

I heard Anthony Pay live a long time ago, but before I knew the piece.
Those low notes are a shock if you have the regular clarinet in your ear
as you listen! Clarinetists are lucky to have such a masterpiece in
their repertoire.
