Default choosing the right school

I want to attend a school for audio enginnering but dont want to waste
my money and time i have expierience with Pro Tools. I have recorded
some material and want to take it to the next step im in new jersey i
was checking out SAE www.saeny.com and the other school Art institute
of new york wich was really expensive for video production . I dont
want a cookie cutter bull **** foundation school . Any schools in my
area to recommend and check out my work.

I think that the best way is to go at the biggest studio near your place
and ask them to take you as an assistant.
if they don't want an assistant... tell them that your willing to pay
200$/month or more to be an assistant.

if they refuse.. they are fool
if they accept... you learn a lot and you are directly in contact with the
good people... those who will
hire you in the future if you're good enought. And it will cost less than
any school og audio enginnering.

And you will leave without a degree, without a paying job, and without
any savings ready for a lifetime of flipping burgers. But at least you'll
give them a good laugh.
