It seems that the Italian team has not "agreed" the match with the referee,
this time. Well, I cannot be against my own country's team, but sincerely I would'nt be disappointed if these bloody stupid arrogant millionaires (who are currently under process here in It for having "arranged" many matches with the referees) were kicked in the tailpiece by the 'roos. No tube stuff? Not exactly, tubed TVs did not show "fake" matches. This is a SS era problem. Sincerely Fabio (back from business trips & lotta, lotta work with my sort of tubes, ie. pipelines) |

SORRY, I wrote the message below BEFORE the game was over...
Try and concentrate on more sporty games, like rugby... Fabio "Fabio Berutti" ha scritto nel messaggio . .. It seems that the Italian team has not "agreed" the match with the referee, this time. Fabio Yeah, but the Ozzies (those Ozzies, not the manager of the White Sox) sure didn't make it easy for the Italians, huh? FINALLY, there's an upset (but not a big one), Ukraine beats Switzerland. I was hoping for more upsets so we don't get the usual suspects in the finals. Frankly, I'm a big fan of Brazil as a country, but I'd like to see some variety for a change.. Sincerely Fabio (back from business trips & lotta, lotta work with my sort of tubes, ie. pipelines) I don't follow any football games of any kind. To learn that many matches have been arranged between Italian millionaires and referees comes as no surprise since Italy has exported so many mafia crooks over the years. There are always going to be pppl who agree and arrange things.... I have nothing against Italy though, and luckily all the italians I have met along life's journey were a credit to Italy, and have been mainly a credit to Australia where they helped to teach us soccar and cycling, that other euro sport thet makes europeans go crazy. I wonder who will win Le Tour now that Armstrong isn't there to demonstrate that the europeans are not necessarily masters of the their own invention? Maybe Cadell Evans gets up. Patrick Turner. |

Tiramisu. Enrico Fermi. Michelangelo. Ferraris (but not Fiats). Galileo. Leonardo da Vinci. Ducatis. If Italians weren't on this planet, we'd be trying to figure out how beam them down so the place wouldn't be so freaking boring. OK, Mussolini, Al Capone (well, he helped make Chicago famous) and Lucretia Borgia kinda sucked. However, I'm not sure if I'd trade 'em for John Howard and Pauline Hanson ;-) -- Ned Carlson SW side of Chicago, USA www.tubezone.net |

Mine is a country of great contrasts, and it seems that it is well known
around the world. Having a 2000+ year long history we had time to do the best and the worst of it all, from Leonardo to Berlusconi. Unfortunately, a certain tendency to "accomodate" things is a typical national habit, and we won't progress unless we admit it (after all, since the 19th century we never finished a war with the same allies we begun..) The investigations on our football league are continuing, and it seems that a truckload of s&%t is gonna hit the fan in a few days. Some guys will wear a black and white striped suit without even joining Juventus FC. Have a nice day FB "Francois Yves Le Gal" ha scritto nel messaggio ... All I can say is that if you have sinned, then confess, recite your penance prayers, and seek forgiveness and move on. Its a Holy Roman Catholic Procedure....inaugurated in Italy after a certain Inventor dreamed up ideas about compassion, forgiveness and love in the middle east, in the midst of waring factions in about the year 33. I have had very long and pleasant relationships with the Italians I have known.... I musta just never been unlucky to get involved with the wrong lot. And I have never voted for either John Bloward, or Pauline Pantsdown. What would history be if there hadn't been a Rome? Patrick Turner. -- Ned Carlson SW side of Chicago, USA www.tubezone.net |

Well, he IS sort of the Italian Rupert Murdoch (imagine if Rupert ran Australia!), and that's pretty bad! That's the way, Patrick,, but tell the rest of the story about your catholic church propaganda,, Child Abuse, Over population, the demise of ethnic minority groups, mass poverty, birth control, The lost generation. Alter boy gender reassignment. The uncontrolled spread of AID's, and Weelly bin realignment on the public streets of Canberra. Patrick's got a jumbo sized one for all his old bottles. As for Pauline,, you might well vote for the feral redheaded one, IF they shift Canberra to Queensland.. But "don't you worry about that" We think your safe, from becoming a pineapple farmer, but we are not sure about "peanuts" bassett |
