Default How to measure EIN, Self-noise, SNR, and THD of a complete system?

Hello,

I have the following complete system:

Pair of mics --
-- M-audio audio interface (Transit USB) INPUT port (stereo 1/8 inch
TRS) --
-- PC --
-- M-audio audio interface (Transit USB) OUTPUT port --
-- 1/8 inch stereo TRS output.

One of the stereo outputs is "processed output" and the other is
"unprocessed output" (one
of the mics passed through).

I can play signals through a loudspeaker and measure both the mics' or
system outputs.

I am trying to characterize the EIN, self-noise, SNR & THD of this
complete system,
which includes some DSP algorithms encoded in the PC as well.

Any suggestions as to how to do this?

I have never measured these parameters before.

Also, how do I separate the contributions of the m-audio audio
interface (A/D,D/A)
as well ?

Thanks,
AK
