My vote for all-time, worst film - but also one of the funniest in a "so bad,
it's hilarious" kind of way is the infamous The Terror of Tiny Town - the 1938
Western with an all midget cast. Where else can you see a Western where the
cowboys walk in to the saloon "under" the swinging doors and ride around on
Shetland ponies?
