Hey guys/gals, I just installed a sony xplod 250 watt amp for my acura
rsx. Can someone tell me what effects this will have on my battery
life? if the impact is extremely negative, how can I hook it up to
mitigate these effects?

Engine off? Yes. The battery will drain faster, everything being the same.
How can you hook it up to mitigate these effects? Don't connect the remote
wire and it won't ever turn on. Real world effects: no sound.

With the engine running. Added load to the alternator. Real world effects?
None.
