Default Help - Clarion DXZ655MP

The Clarion DXZ655MP that I purchased new from an eBay sellers store in
November will not eject a CD. I have tried resetting as per the manual and
have disconnected power in an attempt to reset it, both to no avail. The
company I got it from is not answering their phone, nor are they replying to
my emails. Surprise, Surprise.

I have not been able to find contact info for Clarion. Does anyone have any
suggestions as to what else I might try or know how to get warranty service?

Thanks.

Hi, i'm sorry tio read that, but is a mechanism trouble, you have to
send the HU for repair.
Goto the clarion website to get the phone numbers, and mail contact.
