no fine has been imposed and all Behringers goods were tested to higher
standards than the fcc
there was a paper work problem and some missing compliance stickers but you
will see this developed into t tempest in a teapot

You are about a month behind the times. Has been discussed to death on here.

Actually all Behringer's gear IS compliant and has been tested. Was nothing
more than a paperwork snafu and will be sorted soon enough.

Crate (now owned by mackie) got caught not long ago but their fine was much
less.
