After a recent upgrade to better amp and speakers, most of CDs sound
better but MP3s (played on a DVD player feeding MSB DAC Link) sound
very rough.

Will an upsampling DAC (e.g MF A324, MSB Upgrade) improve the quality
of MP3 playback?
