Yes, M-Audio's current ASIO drivers work fine in Sonar 4. You can also use
the WDM drivers if you wish. Both do low latency in Sonar.

I'm running a pair of Delta 1010's in ASIO mode in Sonar 5 (I was previously
running the same cards in Sonar 4). I find the ASIO driver slightly more
stable than the WDM driver, but have run both in Sonar. With 2 1010 cards,
I have recorded 16 simultaneous inputs on a number of occasions in ASIO
driver mode with no problems at all.

My Creamware Pulsar cards have ASIO 2 & work just fine with Sonar 2.2.
