I'm sure you've all read this week's stories about Bush telling any country
that didn't support his Iraq invasion last March (calling them names back then, and urging Americans to boycott their products - strike one) they will be excluded from any reconstruction contract bids. Since "begging" for troops and money (in exchange for nothing but U.N. "participation" in drafting an Iraqi constitution) didn't work (strike two), Bush is now resorting to blackmail (strike three). Of course, Russia, Canada, Germany and France, to name but a few of the countries that have the means to help rebuild the damage we did to Iraq, are furious, and no longer willing to negotiate forgiving Iraq's monetary debt to them. Boy, does Dumbya understand the art of negotiation or what? Suggestion - since Dumbya doesn't want to be part of the World Court, or the United Nations any longer, maybe he should organize a new international group called: "Fractured Nations of the Willing to be Duped". With most of the world now ****ed off royally at the U.S., who do you think is going to come to our aid if/when we suffer more major attacks from Al Queda right here? Poland? Angola? |
