It wasn't, but now it is. I stuck a nice little blue LED under the device
name on the LHS. Tacked the wires and resistor onto the 5V 3T regulator.
Now I can be assured that it is fact 'on', even when phantom isn't !

'Turned' down a 3mm blue LED ( mounted LED in drill chuck and held against
little flat file)to fit a hole drilled the same size and style as the signal
present LEDs.
