Default Looking for help in identifying a cable (adaptor?)

I am looking for a replacement for a cable that was hooked into our
home entertainment setup. The cable is no more than 6' long. It was
accepting a coaxial cable input and hooked into the AM/FM radio input
of our reciever.

My understanding is that it was letting our cable act as an antenna for
our reciever. Searchs for the cable have provided no help to finding a
replacement or even identifying the part.

Any help that can be provided will be very much appreciated.
