Default Jeep H/U Install Problem...

I recently decided to install the deck from my Fiero into my new TJ.
After wiring it all up, and testing it -- it worked fine. I decided to
leave the negative terminal on the battery on, and finish wrapping
things up. I think that the 12v/ignition wire hit my ground wire and
caused a short. The deck will not power on, all the fuses are still
intact (including deck fuses and TJ fuses) and all other electrical
components work perfectly fine (even the cigarette lighter has power).
Any idea as to what I can do figure out my problem?

Thanks.
