Default Transcription discs

A couple folks here were talking about the various difficulty in playing
transcription discs. Fair Radio Sales in Lima, OH currently has a bunch
of the military issue MX-39 turntables, which will indeed play 16" discs.
These are idler-puck drive and have somewhat doubtful tonearms, but with
some careful re-engineering can be made decent. Fair wants $75 each for
the things, which seems reasonable.
