Hello!
I have a Classe DR-2 in the system and consider to upgrade my speaker system either a pair of stack Quad ESL57 or Clements RT-7. Refer to some old audio directory, the minimum power requirement of Clements RT-7 is 20 watts. Since the nominal load of Clements RT-7 is 6 ohms, and the DR-2 should has an output of 35+ watts at 6 ohms load. Don't you think the Classe DR-2 capable to drive the Clements? What about 2 Classe DR-2 for bi-amplification? My friend has one classe DR-2 for sale? Thanks in advance? |
