You can't break the laws of physics. If you want it loud and clean IMHO a
15" woofer is the ideal foundation.

Little money? Buy used equipment
Little room? Powerful Receiver and CD player, rather than separates, and
2 channel instead of surround
Good and Loud? Tower or floor standing speakers. Try before you buy.
