Default how do I handle this?

Got an .mp3 music file I can't change the name of or delete. How the heck
do I deal with this one???

OK. Thanks for the response. Stupid me---it was simply in use by Media
Player, which is was listening/recording through (Duhhhh!).

Finally wised up and went to aps and figured it out.
