Hi,
Has anyone upgraded the 3.5 [9mm] speakers in their boomboxes? I have a new JVC that plays cass, CD, and MP3 CDs, very handy, and sounds terrible. I mean even the cheapie RCA boombox I got for work for 30$ sounds better. The JVC are 4 Ohm driven by a huge 2 watts. I was wondering if sticking some upgraded spks in there might help it out, since they can be had for about 20$ and the dissassembly looks simple. Thanks, itchy |
