Pretty much a common sentiment for the troops in Iraq. Most don't beleive the press is giving them the proper respect or coverage that is fair. When the press starts stories with 'X' number of troops have died , instead the number of troops who have lost their lives in defense of the Iraqi people, there's not much hope of getting fair coverage. The mission is barely mentioned, only the loss of life, which in the case of our troops in Iraq, is very, very small. Liberals don't care about our people nearly as much they care about beating the political enemy which they perceive to be George Bush, not their own abandonment of reason. |
