see no reason to be interested in them as i strongly suspect that what I have
is preferable. of course if enough people hear them and claim that they are

the judge. The only thing that was missing was contrary testimony from the
defendant. My case was solid and I won. But The defendant's interests were
fairly represented in the trial even though he had defaulted.

The 'real' answer to the question of a default judgement in case of
nonresponsiveness is that the decision rests with the judge.
The judge can issue a default judgement or the judge can set a hearing on
the merits,

case is, at best, a risky strategy.
