Default audio 45 rpm 33 rpm

I sold a couple of records I want to tape but cant get my garrard that plays
45s to work
I was using it last year and it worked fine...

if I tape these to hi fi stereo vcr or transfer to cd wave file
is there a way with one of the audio programs to slow down to 33 rpm from 45
rpm???

thanks

Yes. Programs like Adobe Audition have pitch-changing features that can
correct the pitch of a 45 rpm record played at 33 1/3.

Some equalization may be required to get the proper timbre as the speed
change will interact with the RIAA equalization. Adobe Audition will handle
that as well.
