My synth keyboard has one digital audio out. I can connect it to my
Roland VS multitrack recorder or my Mac running Logic 7. in your
experience, which of these two should come first?

I can work in Logic and bounce tracks to the Roland, or I can work on
the Roland and bounce tracks to Logic. I can burn the final CD on
either. is there a prevailing view in studio circles, whether the
audio sequencer or the multitrack HD recorder should come first in the
recording chain?
