Default BCA 2000 - Latency?

Can any of you give us some practical information about the Behringer
BCA 2000.

Apart from the general question, is it any good? I am interested in

a)The latency. I cannot find this info anywhere on the net. I want to
use the unit for recording live audio along to a backing track and need
as little latency as poss. I have read that the original drivers were
pretty poor - has anyone got any experience with the new ones?

b)Usb Bandwidth. Any idea how much the unit uses. I want to use it in
tandem with one (and possibly two) webcams. I'm a bit worried about
exceeding the bandwidth. I don't really know much about it though.

Thanks to anyone who has any ideas,

Gavin
