Scott has a legal theory period. Frankly, I think
his floundering about more damaging to his
reputation. Arny's act was only overt stupidity,
regrettable but not uncommon on this board.

If Scott has a case then he should file now.
The continued prosecuting of his theoretical
case on USEnet without the backing of retained
legal counsel is inappropriate. If he wants to
practice law he should get a license... just like
his dear ol-daddy once did.
