Call M-Audio and ask them to sell you one. I'm sure you're not the
only used Delta buyer who didn't know it wasn't complete or got such a
good deal (like free, left in a scrapped computer) that you didn't ask
for the other part.

This sort of thing doesn't usually have documentation available to the
general public (for no particular reason) unless someone has opened it
up and rung it out, so it's not likely that you'll find the resources
to build it yourself.
