If it's terrorism, would they tell us? There's some good old-fashioned paranoia. So far, all the terrorism has involved war material -- guns, bombs, and germs. What's your theory of how a terrorist sabotaged one or both grids and didn't get noticed? Also, the authorities over here have delivered an "explanation" of the N.A. outage. They listed infrastructure problems, political infighting, and "human error". Let's hope the authorities in the U.K. do something more creative than what Dubya did to improve the system's integrity. |

Some projects (also from years ago) that are in close proximity to were the
problem occured (wherever that was) could have had electrical engineers that are of foreign nationality, assigned from local consulting firms, ... it would be "very easy" for them to look at blueprints and or documents for information. Not to say that "THAT" occurred,... just that is is possible. There are many prints floating around. "George M. Middius" wrote in message ...
