What makes you think they have customer support. They make a 600w dual mono
block pair for 40 grand that fries the circuit boards when a tube fails. And they say if they put protection circuits it would affect the sound. There are plenty of other amps you can get for less than that that are designed by people with brains Abbedd "Leggs" wrote in message om... How do they do ANY customer support? |

It must be heaven to own that kind of equipment when something goes wrong. :-) Don't worry, the Chinese high-end products will eventually solve the problem. ARC can't compete with them and has to revalue their product line and prices to survive. / Hans |
