Hearing is believing, addendum
I might mention in connection to the just posted article one posted some
months ago. It showed that the perception areas of sight and sound are adjacent in the brain and that activity in one can bleed into the other and affect perceptions there also. When removing vision as a stimulation source, it's potential contribution to falsely affecting the sound perceptions is removed, providing an insight as to why listening alone tests fail to confirm vision plus sound subjective experiences. |
